View Talay 2 Suite Apartments

They view was great and the apartment complex was quiet but someone tried to get into out place at night and that was not so good. The parking was ok and all the kitchen appliances worked and all the glasses and plates were plenty

The bed was old and uncomfortable so I ended up sleeping on the floor. The interior of the place was old. Everything was old and cheap. The airconditioner filters were clogged but the cleaning lady did not know how to check them so I showed her.

Loved the location and the pool

Excellent place. Close to beach, restaurants and supermarkets.

There were no cleaning and linen/towel changing during 8 days of our stay

View Talay 2A is one of my favorite places to stay. Host was pleasant to receive us and hand over key. The cleaning lady was very efficient.

There was an unpleasant smell every time we entered the apartment. We could not figure out where it came from. The bathroom could have used an overhaul, flushing mechanism on toilet, shower hose holder, leak from shower. The master bedroom was very nice, but bedroom no 2 was very small, with no A/C or vent, and no window.

Host keen to take my money immediately on arrival and go. Poor standard of facilities in room. Had to clean off dried food on hob and plates were covered in rust. Fridge had bottom drawer in pieces and sellotaped up.Froze food in fridge as was left set on as high as possible .Not easy to see controls.Safe under bathroom sink but no keys or instruction. No hot water to Bathroom or kitchen sink,Plugs didn’t fit so couldn’t fill sink with water to wash.Only had small travel kettle. Had to fill several times to get enough hot water.Washing up bowls provided too big to fit in sinks. Cooking saucepans poor condition. Would not use .Bought my own plates and cutlery. Only aircon unit above head of bed . Fan loud and kept waking me up.Other fan not air on unit and on wall opposite bed high above TV. No remote and not accessible and ? usable. Only place to watch TV was by lying on bed or hard wooden chair.Very limited channels. Cord to pull curtains broke in the first week and found it difficult to manually pull open and closed. Phoned Frank no response and left message but no response. Tried again days later. Came out and said he had nobody that could do job so never repaired whilst there.Wi fi was a dongle without a adaptor. Frank said he looked after 100 properties Location is great. Have stayed before but with a different landlord but they couldn’t accommodate my dates. I would never go back using Frank because his attitude was room was great.

Love view talay 2 stayed many times

Apartment dated and not fully functional. The host was lovely. The apartment advertised having 2 toilets, one locked off and couldn't access with an awful smell coming from it. The air con in the lounge was always leaking, and I had to put a bucket under it. Advertised as having WiFi but didn't, so had to ask for yhis,which was quickly sorted. shower had half its door missing. Limited utensils in the kitchen. Like a said lovely host, but the apartment was not worth what we paid for it. If it was renovated, it would be lovely.

I ate breakfast mainly at the Sandbar Restaurant …..exceptional food and great service

The shower needs to be upgraded
