Excellent location next to the beach. Nice sea view from the room. The room is big enough for a family or 4 people. Wide balcony. The bed is clean though the blanket, bedsheet, pillow cases and towels are a little old. Provided 4 towels, 2 for bath use and 2 for swimming pool use, and 1 small towel. Wifi signal is good. There are 2 extra pillows in the wardrobe, but no pillow cases. (Owner may provide it upon request, I'm not sure). There's also a mat in the wardrobe which you can bring to sit on the beach.

Curtain is very old and little dirty, and it does not block sunlight in the morning. I woke up early in the morning though I still wanted to sleep more, due to the sun light through the curtain. Would be nice if they can change new curtain that can block sun light in the morning (or) double curtain is better. There are some sands on the couch (guess it was from previous guests), it was not cleaned well.

We've stayed here several times, it's Ok but the price is not really competitive anymore

Our 1st room has no WiFi despite asking a few days before if it was working. We were however quickly moved to another room. In 2022 it is frustrating that it's still a "cash only" establishment, for an extended stay, it's not easy to get the cash together. We won't be staying again for that reason.

the apartment we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. it was on the 16th floor with lots of natural light and a beautiful ocean view.
