Flexibility of owner to allow early check in

1. Upon check in found cockroach on the bed in the single bed room 2. Sink faucet was broken upon check in 3. Informed owner but only solution was proposed for item #2, item #1 was ignored. 4. No place to hang laundry, no laundry rack or rope available 5. Pungent smell constantly flows out from drainage pipe 6. Ants all over kitchen counter

Location good especially for people who love walking as it is very easy to walk to SS2 and SEA Park and to the Asia Jaya LRT. The swimming pool was good.

The entrance to the property should be signposted as it is on the side of the building which is in total darkness at night time. There should be a washbasin in the bathroom. The bed in the main bedroom has had its day and should be replaced. Cooking pans, iron and ironing board should have been checked and replaced or thoroughly cleaned before arrival of next guest.
