Location is ok. Near to shopping mall , so is good.

Cleaning wasn’t done well. Washing machine door was covered with a layer of dust. A water stain and a puddle of dark brown water found at the front and side of washing machine. Reported this matter to Steve but no one came and clean up the mess during our 3 days stay. Upon arrival at the property, the door was opened without use of code. It was probably not closed properly previously. The second time we try to enter the property the door would not open with correct code. Waited at the door for Steve for more than 45min and he finally manage to open the door after a while.

nothing is good

no proper maintenance…..broken and dirty toilet seat, bad condition, broken cabinets, single bed has a hard wooden joint in the middle…tv n wifi not working….empty bottles of body n hair shampoo left in the bathroom….very badly maintained unit at 9th floor ….will definitely won’t stay there again ..not worth the value of rm300+

The room has two bedrooms and good for family stay. The apartment has big swimming pool and great view.

There is no toilet paper and the toilet is smelling very bad. The is no follow up of my complaint.
