Tv not functioning while updating no respond at all. Very bad interaction & long timing for deposit refunded. Unfair to guest as well need pay parking fees as anywhere I been for vacation parking FOC. If parking fare included the room price are higher not value add. First & last no more interested in Booking. Com anymore to book for vacation in future. Pls take appropriate action in order to solve the issue & convince guest to choose booking. com again for accommodation.
