Eminent Stay - Icon City, Petaling Jaya

1.Location is acceptable as I was looking for 3room apartment, so not much option available around at lower price. 2. Washing machine with dryer very useful if you want to keep your laundry wash daily.

1. Stove hob is obviously using gas, owner said its induction and it made me speechless. 2.The water heater (for room with washroom) is not working, luckily my in law is electrician and he got it fixed. 3. Sofa & carpet look so dirty with big stains on it. It's look disgusting, owner should at least change the sofa cover and new carpet. 4.1 of the ceiling light dismantle and hanging at ceiling. Reported to owner on 1st day staying. 5. Owner should change new bed! you cna feel only the spring with less sponge when you lie down. It spoil your holiday when after tiring leisure whole day you have to lie down on such low quality bed! 6. Owner totally not responsive at whatapp, during my whole 4days stay-in.

- chair broken leg, torn bedhead, blown light bulb - need to pay rm20 per night for parking, previous stay at other cheaper iCon City unit has free parking - super slow response, after check out and sent photo of returning key, waited more than 30 hours to get first reply
