1. No complimentary parking for homestay guest. Need to pay expensive valet parking fees. Should have provide free parking. 2. Parking space is complicated, confusing and dark. Very concern on safety. 3. Poor cleanliness in the unit. We found 3 - 4 cockroaches in the washroom floor. Feedback to the host (whatsapp) immediately after check-in but no reply. 4. TV remote control is not usable. Feedback to the host (whatsapp) immediately after check-in but no reply. 5. All plug points are not working except the TV and the refrigerator area. 6. Hidden cleaning charges which is not published in the price shown in Booking.com. 7. Informed the host (whatsapp) after the keys were returned to the mailbox during check-out day, no reply. Follow up on deposit refund on the next day, no reply. Received whatsapp text from host on the 3rd day asking for account number for deposit refund and I have provided on the same day. Received the deposit refund after 7 days from check-out date, but the terms & condition mentioned deposit should be refunded in 3 - 5 working days.

"Worst experience"

When booking they requested for deposite 600. Paid, when refund, only 400. After contact, no response from owner. The furniture was broken, sofa not in good condition.

- The host was really helpful. - The check-in and check-out process was smooth and the guide given by the host was easy to understand.

The TV was not functioning. I can turn it ON but no channel appeared. It would be better if the host could provide a guide for TV there. The carpet in the living room is quite worn and dusty and it would be better if the host changed it. The sofa also has stains on it and is not too comfortable to sit on, the host should cover it with a sofa wrapper.
