The owner didn’t response at all to the problems. Access card not functioning and joins to help it out. Have to shout for the guards to help to open. Have to register at another block and come back to the block to stay.

the access card is not functioning and no one response to me. im frustrated because it totally ruined my plan because lack of time. i have to call and wait for the security guard to open the door to go to the parking just because the access card is not working.

Bedsheets and sofa dirty, stains. Itchy sleeping on the bedsheets. Cockroach always appear. Iron surface was burnt, causing my cloth with burnt stain. Difficult contact with the house person in charge. Bathroom handle spoilt. The check-in process photos capture at night time, difficult for follow. No parking provided

Not exactly like in the picture. But it was okay.

Location of the property as its easy access to most of the main highways.

The toilet is not well kept on the sink area. There are only 1 toilet roll provided as we are staying for 2 nights of 3 pax. The tv box and tv remote controls are sharing battery. The batteries need to switch to another remote control when there is change of channel or to switch off the device. Some of the furniture are not well kept like the dining table, the living hall table can be seen some mold / fungus / dirty marks. There is no socket/power point on 1 side of the beds thus inconvenient to charge personal electrical device such as mobile. The air-conditional is not cold enough even adjusted to 16 degree. Slow response from owner to provide the locker password during collection of property key & access card,

Misrepresentation of Apartment Condition: The actual state of the apartment significantly deviates from the images presented during the leasing process. This has created a misleading expectation and a sense of disappointment. Unpleasant Odor from Toilets: There is a foul smell emanating from both toilets in the apartment, which is not only unpleasant but also raises concerns about hygiene and cleanliness. Stained Beds: The beds in the apartment have noticeable stains, which is unacceptable and reflects a lack of attention to the cleanliness standards that one would expect in a living space. Presence of Cockroaches: I have discovered the presence of cockroaches in the apartment, posing a health and sanitation risk. Immediate action is required to address this pest issue. Broken Furniture in Storage Room: Several chairs in the storage room are broken, and this poses a safety hazard. It is essential that all furniture is in good condition to ensure the well-being of the residents. Mold on Aircon Wall: The air conditioning unit's wall has visible mold, which is a serious concern for respiratory health. Mold remediation is necessary to create a safe living environment. Spoiled Furniture: Some of the furniture appears to be spoiled, affecting both the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the apartment. Timely replacement or repair is required.

The ample amount of space was good because it could accomodate many pax. The location suits where we wanted to be.

There were not enough cutleries for the number of pax in each home, the sofa chair in one home was sunken down. No proper seating space for many people so we had to sit on floor. Weird odour in toilet. The way to get a parking was so confusing and wasted so much of time. Not suitable for older adults as it is not convenient to check in, park and locate place. Property not maintained well and many broken and dirty stuff all around.
