Cozy Homestay with WiFi @Encorp Strand Mall @Alpha IVF

This apartment is very clean. The surrounding environment is very safe. It is equipped with everything needed to prepare breakfast or a simple meal. Nearby, there are several restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. The host is kind and available to propose helps.

The apartment is on the 15th floor. Although it is located on a higher floor, the building is close to a highway exit, so traffic noise can still be heard, especially at bedtime. Also, be aware that the listing mentions a convertible sofa bed, but in reality, it is just a regular sofa. Fortunately, the host provided me with an alternative solution.

Fast check in. Unit very clean and comfortable. Enjoy the bathtub.

Bad service on the collection & returning of the keys. As written in the web, someone will wait for us, but no one was there. Called several times on both number, but nobody answering. Also no reply on the texting. Wasted about 20 minutes of my time to wait till someone showed up to passed the key. Plus, was given the wrong info on the room number by the person who passed me the key. Had the same issue when returning the keys.

Location was near where we needed to be.

WiFi did not work. Absolutely zero amenities. No toilet paper or paper towels. No shower mat to dry off on. No towels. The remotes for the TV, air con, fans did not work.

I love the place...easy access for food, ample parking, very convenient and comfortable. Will definitely come back again.
