Cozy Homestay with WiFi @Encorp Strand Mall @Alpha IVF

Room was quiet and spacious, positioned adjacent to a very quiet shopping mall. Very quiet block of apartments, neighbourhood felt quite safe. Bathroom was clean. Wifi seemed to work OK, we did not try the TV.

Lack of basic toiletries/amenities, including no laundry powder, tissues, shampoo/conditioner etc., so will need to purchase from shops. Room was quite dark, washing machine leaked. Difficulty checking in as no instructions provided, though once we were able to get in contact with the host, was a fairly smooth process. Bedding was reasonable in cleanliness, the couch cushions and kitchen dining chairs were dirty.

There is some breakdown like the door of the bathroom was a bit problem. The place was nice but the around the place doesnt have any good restaurant

Cleanliness could be better, dusty fan, fridge not fully functional, basic amenities could be improved such waste paper bags, toilet paper, etc. Overall acceptable. Very responsive staff, will consider rebooking in future.

the location are nice, the unit are at level 33 and it is quite at any time. unit are clean, nice and great.

The tub (the reason i wanted a staycation) has a faulty stopper so water doesn't really hold in the tub. The stovetop is not working well. Took half n hour to boil water for pasta.
