Very nice location, clean apartment and everything needed is included, very friendly hosts.

Stairs to the apartment were challenging, not the fault of the host but good to know before coming.

Приехали ночью нас встретили машину разместили. Апартаменты достойны похвалы. Центр тихо всё что требуется для путешествия рядом. Рекомендую!!!

This will be a reply to the 'Uncomfortable Apartment' review submitted in Jun '24: . 'substantial income' does not apply here, the host is charging solo travelers less than $30/night . 'kitchens & bathrooms are different in reality' is a false claim, they are identical . 'dangerous stairway' yes the stairway is uncomfortable but that is the case in most buildings in that area . 'cave like bedroom' is a false claim, there is a french balcony . 'kitchen is tiny' this a 30m2 apartment, not a mansion and therefore the kitchen is not designed to cater huge crowds . 'questionable electrical connections' is just nonsense . 'not laptop friendly' is a false claim, there is a table which easliy fits a laptop . 'refigirator is old' this is a budget apartment, not a luxurious resort. this claim is not in place . 'uneven floors' is again nonsense . 'noisy' i did not hear any noise although the apartment is located a few steps away from the center . 'dusty' is a false claim, i did not notice any dust I chose to write that because the June review resulted in my booking a hotel for the last few days of my stay in Tbilisi as I was hesitant to stay in this apartment for a long time. We reviewers need to be realistic and truthful when writing reviews to avoid unjustly damaging the reputation of hosts/units
