Great place, close to Bus station, very clean apartment, nice owner, Our stay was satisfactory and I will recommend it,

圧倒的な低価格で高品質。オーナーはとても親切。短期滞在に必要なものがすべて揃っている。エレベーター利用可（無料）。アパートに格安スーパー併設。子ども、老人、学生がくつろげる穏やかな環境。徒歩圏内に美味しいパン屋、アラビア料理屋、ジョージア料理屋あり。

部屋はきれいだが、建物自体は老朽化。治安について、昼間はまったく問題ないが、夜は住宅街のため、人通りが皆無に近く、ボルトの利用を強くお勧めします。

The apartment was clean, also bedsheets and bathroom. The living room and kitchen were light with a beautiful view of the city. Close to the supermarkets and parks. Also, 8 min drive to the East Point Mall. The landlord was friendly and responsive. The hot water was super because you didn't have to wait till it got warm.

The only thing that I can say is that if you want to be close to the historical area of the city, you should rent another apartment. For us, it was wonderful cause we wanted to see modern areas of the city too.

Меня радушно встретили, рассказали детали по квартире. Хозяин хороший человек. Уютное пространство, где приятно остановиться, есть все необходимое для жизни.

L’appartement se trouve dans un quartier résidentiel calme et proche de tout :L’emplacement :20 min du centre,des marches a cote, des pizzerias … Le balcon est un vrai atout , et le proprio était au petit soin et m’as aide avec mes bagages parce que y avait des travaux de rénovations de l’ascenseur ,
