H Τοποθεσία του ακινήτου είναι πραγματικά υπέροχη. Βρίσκεται κοντά σε πολλές περιοχές που μπορείς εύκολα να επισκευθείς και να κάνεις τις βόλτες σου. Το σπίτι έχει απίστευτη θέα και αυτό λογικά πληρώνεις!

Δεν μου άρεσε καθόλου η επικοινωνία του οικοδεσπότη. Πρώτον δεν γίνεται να μας ζητάει τον φόρο διαμονής έξτρα 15 ευρώ την ημέρα και αφού έχουμε πληρώσει ήδη στο booking. Δεν έχω πρόβλημα να το πληρώσω αλλά δεν γίνεται να το ζητάτε αφότου έχω πληρώσει και να με ενημερώνεται μια μέρα πριν και με αυτοποιημένο μήνυμα. Καταλαβαίνω τον φόρο και περί τίνος πρόκειται αλλά είτε τον ενσωματώνεται στην τιμή είτε δεν το αναφέρεται καθόλου και τον πληρώνετε εσείς. Δεύτερον σε σχετική μου ερώτηση για το που θα βρω ξύλα για το τζάκι...απλά δεν απάντησε ποτέ. Καταλαβαίνεται ότι αυτό είναι πρόβλημα όταν κλείνεις δωμάτιο μέσω booking και στα φίλτρα βάζετε να έχει τζάκι. Το τζάκι αναφέρεται σαν κάτι μοναδικό για τον χώρο και φαντάζομαι όχι διακοσμητικό. Αν δεν θέλετε να ανάβει το τζάκι γράψτε ότι είναι διακοσμητικό και δεν ανάβει. Γράφετε ότι έχει γήπεδο τένις και καλά κάνετε. Με αυτές τις ρακέτες δεν γίνεται να παίξει κανείς.

The property is so serene. We loved the huge open space for our dog to run and the proximity to the beach below. The garden is entirely enclosed so that made us feel comfortable leaving our dog to enjoy and explore! The view is breathtaking! We loved the big balconies and the expansive views you got on each one.

The garden is less luscious than the photos show. It’s now a sunbaked, dry terrain but it’s still beautiful. I just mention it because you should not expect to come and enjoy walking around grass barefoot or have your children playing on the lawn. It’s spiky. However this did not detract from the experience for me and it does not spoil the view.

A truly wonderful accomodation with a secluded beach straight from paradise

Intra-week change of bedsheets / towels would be nice as an option

- The house is exactly in front of the sea as in the pictures, is easily accessible and is in the middle of a olive tree property field - The location is absolutely amazing and can hardly be beaten - The beach down the house is wonderful and unspoilt - The outdoor area around the houses is big and includes a tennis court

Overall, our experience given the location was great and does not affect the overall score. However, we want to note the following: - There are two apartments in the villa. We stayed in the groundfloor apartment and we noticed that it needs some maintenance - There were ants in the inner wall of the house, we were offered to have some poison disinfection but with babies it was not an option for us. The groundfloor requires some work to close the holes in the innerwalls for ants. - The owner needs to put mosquitos nets in the outdoors as it was full of mosquitos at night, despite using mosquito´s repellants and creams every day - One bathroom for two bedrooms might not be enough if two families/couples stay in the same apartment + there is an old boiler system to turn the hot water on, which is not what a guest would expect - We went in the middle of the summer and the lawn was absent. We were told that it is because in 2024 the water supply was salty and the lawn could not flourish, but it still was disappointing. - There is only one cot for the two apartments, which was already used for part of our stay, though we requested it on booking. Instead of finding a solution, the host said we would have to buy it from a shop 80 kms away (!).

Great location to enjoy privacy and spending time with friends and family.

Access to the beach is not that easy but all yours!

The house is composed of 2 appts and it is surrounded by olive trees. It’s isolate but safely protected by fences and gate. I would rent this appartement over and over again! The given phone numbers are not updated or they don’t work. Communication via Whatsapp would be much direct and practical.

Some appliances are not present as it is in the description like the dishwasher. As for the washing machine (appartement in the ground floor), it’s located in a separate room whose acces has been granted the day after. This should be immediate as it is in the description.
