"Perfect!"

-Location is very good -Very safe -Perfect view -Access to the beach easy and the water perfect -Very good for families with kids -Elaia Center very near, small but good offer for dinner -Tennis Court -Drove 1'100km to this property and it worth it.

The only thing I can complain about this property is that inside (Ground floor) is a bit outdated and the furniture are not very fresh. Air Condition also is old model and not very efficient.

"Superb"

A quiet place with an almost private beach. Supermarket and restaurants 4 minutes by car. The owner communicates immediately and is very helpful.

Dishwasher and grill would be great.

Great location, clean, quiet, beautiful. The beach and the sunsets are spectacular.

Fireplace is not functional- it would add to the charm of the place.

"It was amazing!!!"

This house is very beautiful. The beach is near 100 meters from house was very wounderfull and comfourtable for family with kids. The beach has not sunbeds and umbrella but in the house is umbrella and we can take it at the beach. For our family it was very important that the house has a washing machine. The tavernas are near 1 km from house and we were walking on foots.

It would be possible to install a dishwasher and buy a new kettle but it was not important for us. It would make the house even more comfortable.
