Todo estuvo bien, lo único que en uno de los cuartos de baño estaba estropeado el lavabo y las tapas del WC estaban algo sueltas, me dijeron que vendrían a arreglarlo pero no vinieron

The location of the apartment was excellent. The apartment is divided into a common space and three moor spacious bedrooms

The apartment is located on the third floor, the elevator exsist in the building- but not active.We had to carry luggage- it was very challenging.In addition, the three beds are doubles and the mattresses in all the beds were soft with springs. When the one sleeping next to you moves, you feel it well too. Apartment maintenance:the apartment was not clean, the kitchen is partially equipped: no microwave and basic cleaningmaterials: cloth and sponge for dishes.

Location is ok. Its about a 15 min walk to the center but that is ok. Also, it was easy to walk down from upper Thessaloniki (Agios Pavlos) - approximately 20 mins. The apartment had all of the basic amenities. Three decent sized bedrooms. Two bathroom with good water pressure. However they seemed to share the same hot water tank as we had issues when both showers were being used at the same time.

Parking is an issue. Actually you dont need a car while in Thessaloniki and as this was the last leg of our holiday we returned the car to the airport before our stay (2 days). The apartment is modern, but some of the walls were dirty and a coat of paint would certainly smarten it up. The lift....I have seen that everybody is commenting on this. To be honest, this is an old building and the lift is what it is. It can be a little scary the first time, but we got used to it. The outside of the apartment is also a little grubby. Unfortunately graffiti is a big problem in Thessaloniki and this street has also been effected. In short, you need to look beyond the building from the outside, the public area and the lift. Once in the apartment, everything is generally ok
