Clean location. They left us some water bottles in the fridge, and also coffee. Thank you for that.

Really hard to find parking. There is a price parking but it was hard to come with all the luggage and with kids. The elevator is small, only one person at a time. We tried to contact the owner by phone, couldn’t reach the person. Also there is a problem with the AC, the whole balcony was full of water-2 or 3 cm depth of water.

Modern facilities, central location and helpful staff, who answered all our queries and on the last day of our stay allowed us to keep our luggage in their office, which was a super gesture.

The elevator is outmoded and can hold just 2 persons, no light on the stairs and no microwave oven.

Great location; very good communication with the host; easy check in and check out procedures/key collection process.

The heating was not on and it was quite cool in the apartment. The hot water was not always running, meaning that you need to wait for 20 minutes for water to heat up, which can be quite big discomfort when you are travelling with a group of 7 .

This is our second stay in this apartment. It met all our expectations since it was centrally located, had three big bedrooms and two bathrooms so it was just the perfect size for our group of six people, the customer service was ready tp help whenever we needed assistance, check-in was easy, the beds were comfy and there were many nice bakeries and restaurants close by. Not good but just perfect value for money.

the elevator was weary and old, indeed it looked a bit scary, parking was almost impossible on the street so we had to use private parking which was 16 euros per night, there were lots of mosquitoes and small black bugs on top of the bathroom ceiling which we hadn't seen before during our first stay

Very good located, everything what we needed was close. .

Couple hours before we should arrive, we got an call informing us, this accommodation has nonfiction water. Even though they offered us a new accommodation without any other payments. The new apartment was nearby, but the biggest thing, at least for us, was having only one bathroom.
