Easy access and safe off road parking .Its location for the job we were there to do And so close to every shop and eatery you could want if you wanted it. Full kitchen utensils , relaxing living room and most of all both my bed and my work colleagues bed was spot on. We work all over the country so we get to try various.

Great location. Comfy beds. Plenty of off road parking.

Overall, it was pleasant. Clean, and the kitchen and facilities were very good.

We booked for two people, but only got one pair of keys. And the wi-fi instructions were a little to be desired (it took me a while to figure out).

Location was great

Walking into the accommodation in darkness; the light on the outside wasn't on and as we we entered the accommodation the light didn't work.not impressed as we paid £1000 for seven nights. Also the shower mat was dirty and mildew all around it as well as the bottom of the shower curtain.

Being ing the central location of the Malvern Hills and near all the facitities

Getting to the property and finding that our parking ing slot was takeken 9⁹

Bathroom! The shower was slip hazard and there was nowhere to put wash bags etc

Clean, comfortable flat in a very convenient location. Private parking appreciated too. Places to eat, drink and shop all within a few minutes from the door. The building used to be Elgar's Gentlemens Club.

Some aspects are looking a bit well-worn, for example the flooring and entrance hall.

The bedrooms were very welcoming and clean. Lots of towels. Clean basic facilities in both kitchen and living area.

The bathroom floor looked a little scruffy. Overall the apartment looked more luxurious in photos. Felt it was somewhat expensive for basic facilities though clean. Also found numerous emails from a 3rd party company, re: exorbitant damage deposit / fees, very fustrating. Extra non refundable charges imposed by this company very unnecessary.
