1. Need to pay rm200 for security deposit,more expensive then hotel 4 star,also they just inform when check in.2. Can't cook, at another room,that we already stay at imago, you can cook without any problem, 3. Even very little dirt at bed cover, we got charge rm200, all our security deposit burn. 4.Android box tv super difficult to use. not recommend this unit. Please reconsider many time before book this place,especially if bring kids to stay here

i loved that it was easy to find & easy to leave aswell which is amazing. im a heavy shopper so whenever my hands are full and i need to go back to the apartment, its not a hassle. its near the entrance aswell and the room was literally near the lift so it was amazing plus its not difficult for grab drivers drop us off/ pick us up

no lock at the balcony but its not a big problem
