The Loft Imago Studio Suites, Kota Kinabalu

Air-conditioning was working well and kitchens well, but I'm not cooking. The bathroom/toilet was totally not cleaned, and the painting wall peeled, and the door seemed dirty, and the shower water smelled like soil water. Towel seemed like 1 year old, and mineral water was not provided. Landlord, please upgrade your apartments for other tourists visiting the top mall in kota kinabalu. The door key only 1 provided by the apartment usually 2 keys, its difficult for us like a pack of family stay in the apartment when went for shopping has to wait for the the key to return to the apartment when filling tired

Shower room, bath accessories not provided. mineral water not provided and towel seemed 1 year old

the location is great and beds were comfortable.

the tv was not wall mounted and i had a young child so i was a bit concerned but fortunately nothing happened but i hope if it was not wall mounted at least it would be anchored to the wall for child safety.

the additional cost of the car parking fee, suggestion for improvement the owner can include the car parking fee in the accommodation fee

Clean room, hygenic and spacious room. Decent food not far. Most city tour point s are bclose by. Good for leasure or business traveller on budget1. Owner is very friendly and helpful. (Thank you sir)

The price and location were great. It had all the necessary utilities. Host was easy to contact.

The wifi was a slow at night but other that everything else was pretty good.
