Milburn Cottage 2- Luxury Accommodation

Lovely cosy bungalow. Everything we needed for our stay. Our host was very communicative and kindly provided us with fresh milk, bottled water, tea and coffee and really nice biscuits. Lovely 🙂. 10 mins walk from the centre.

Immaculately clean Well equipped Comfy beds Nice shower Quiet location but near to amenities and the metro station Parking outside Robert was friendly, easily contactable and very kindly left us milk, bottled water and biscuits.

We could hear next door’s young children in the morning and early evening. We did not hear them during the night though so our sleep was not disturbed.

The host was amazing! Robert went above and beyond for us during our stay he was so kind and so helpful! Very quick responses to any questions we had which was really appreciated! We’ve never had a host who was so helpful or kind as Robert, he really made our stay go so smoothly from start to finish. It was the first time me and my two friends have been away without our partners so we were a bit nervous being in somewhere new. Thank you so much Robert for all your help and making three nervous girls feel so comfortable and relaxed during our stay!

What a lovely wee find in the middle of Sunderland. Spotlessly clean, warm and a superking bed for a perfect nights sleep.And a bonus being dog friendly. Highly recommend, would definitely return. ✨️

The cottage is so clean, it has all that is needed for a stay over. I am a solo traveller and it's to big for me, for the price of two couples it is great value for money. I will be back when the time occurs.

The hosts were very helpful and came out to help us when the satnav took us round the corner from the cottage and we couldn’t find it. They checked in with us the next day that everything was ok and we’re very approachable and informative about the area and how to get around . The cottage was immaculate

Great communication with the host Robert, last minute preparations for the additional room. Informative for amenities in the local area. Tea, coffee and some amazing biscuits also provided.
