Fantastic little cottage right off the main street running through Montepulciano. Typical little townhouse, very old and beautifully furnished. Good Aircon, comfortable king sized bed, full kitchen, good bathroom including a bidet, cosy and comfortable lounge. Rapid communication and answers to questions! Absolutely ideal for us, we loved it!

At night it got very cold and we couldn't turn on the heat over 19 degrees beacause it was set by the host. Also you can hear every noise from the street.

The location was excellent - close to everything, including my Italian school, Il Sasso. The host was very nice and helpful! She was always available when needed. The house was clean and comfortable - I loved staying there.

Easy check-in with a very central location. The living room / kitchen was cozy and comfortable which was nice for a night in, and the host provided cookies, coffee, and other treats to guests. The kitchen is well equipped and a bottle of wine was available for purchase.

Parking was a challenge, to be expected during the high season. Carrying bags into the apartment was a chore but it is at least close inside the city gate and at the bottom of the big hill. But at these prices, you may be better finding an agriturismo outside the city if you are driving. The shower doors were also not properly installed and don't seal well, so the stairwell was flooded as a result.

The apartment is located in the old city center, 200 meters from the entrance through the city gate. A beautiful rustic location in a small, quiet street that opens onto the main corso itself. Ideal for two people (couple), clean, nicely decorated, TV and wifi included. The owner (Ms. Barbara) is very communicative, she explained to us where the nearest parking lot is and in general she responded very quickly to the messages we sent her, mainly via whatsup messenger. All in all a very pleasant experience, we will definitely be back sometime in the future.

I thought this property was great value for money. Montepulciano is quite small, so everything is within walking distance from the property. There is a small, well equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own food (though Montepulciano has so many great restaurants, so not sure how much you’ll want to cook!). The unit was tidy on arrival and the host was incredibly responsive. I found the bed comfortable and enjoyed my one night here.

The bathroom has everything you need. My only gripe is that there isn’t a lot of room between the toilet and shower, so it can be a little tricky for a tall person having their knees pressed up against the shower while sitting down (however the shower door can be moved to provide extra space) :)
