Beautiful flat in historic center, 5 minutes to all beauties

Very unconfortable bed, was a big hole on the right side of the bed No phone signal inside the house(not weak, zero signal) No wifi available when we stayed in Feb 2024

Great location, communication was good, cute cottage and thoughtful details such as treats left and Christmas decorations which made it feel really homely.

The shower was very small, if you are not European size, you will struggle to get in. It lacked ventilation specially downstairs.

The apartment has doors and walls and wifi. The good stops here.

The apartment was small and crammed. The kitchen was small and not very well stocked. There were no cooking utensils, for example. The host was a nightmare. She never once met us and sent the details to get inside the apartment well after she was supposed to, by her own measure. She is also a scammer, as we will address now. The host attempted to charge me 100€ for a clogged sink. This is totally outrageous. We take care to clean up after ourselves in every place that we stay. We do this simply out of respect. I have traveled extensively throughout the world and have never before been accused of damages. This lady put in a bogus damage assessment with zero communication. I saw the email from Booking.com and then I went to ask her on Whatsapp what the problem was. The contact is gone, I presume she had already pre-emptively blocked me. Zero communication, just an outlandish fine. Take your business somewhere else. This was the worst experience I've had out of thousands. I expect some level of scams when I come to Italy, but this is a bridge too far.

It was a very cosy place, the host left clear notes and instructions (for example: how the coffee machine works) they also left cookies for us what was a nice supprise.

The shower switched from temperature but the cosyness of the place made up for it

The apartment was wonderfully quaint and had everything we needed. The host left lovely juice and cakes for us. It was easy to find, instructions were clear and it was easy to get the key from the lock box. The place is just perfectly located in the middle of the old town and beautifully kept. So ver special to stay in such an old building. The bathroom was perfectly clean, shower and toilet space quite small but perfect for us. Parking was close by - make sure you have coins!! We really really enjoyed Montepulciano and definitely will come back again one day in the future. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Quiet charming little apartment. Wonderful views once you are up in the town.

The place was hard to find. This area has lots of stairs and parking is confusing. One must park below the old town and walk up with all the luggage. Sheets were scratchy. Shower is tiny and awkward.
