Beautiful studio! Immaculately clean with lovely furnishings. Gorgeous little magic garden from the balcony. Fabulous location with easy parking options. Great and welcoming host! The apartment is spacious, equipped with all essentials, clean and located right on upper end of main street - making it is a great point to explore the town. In overall is a great stay!

The location right next to ZTL zone, and parking is downhill. Although typical for Tuscany towns, still expect steep walking climb to the apartment. There are stairs to enter apartment, so people with accessibility issues should be aware of that.

"Cosy comfortable stay in a good location in a great romantic town"

The apartment was really nice, cosy and clean. The bed was great and there were all the amenities needed. Apartment location is great, walking distance to almost everything. We arrived by car and were lucky enough to get free parking just below the property, otherwise there is other free parking close by. Never met the host but our communication was excellent.

Maybe a bigger television for the people that need to watch their sports :-)

"Superb place in Montepulciano"

Outstanding little apartment: every aspect excellent. Very good central but quiet location. Huge bedroom/lounge/dining area. Kitchen well equipped. Best of all the lovely garden with many places to sit. We booked 2 nights and stayed for 4. The local walks from the door are excellent, especially taking the 9am bus to Pienza, then walking back.
