Very dirty poor maintenance Floor, cutlery, washroom all dirty with stains I had to buy cooker for my child to cook as their pans plats everything was in poor condition

Nice view from the unit and great sky facilities. There's great cafes around

the unit is pretty run down. Pot and pan didn't cleaned at all.

The housekeeper was very accommodating and helpful, we didn’t stay at the premise at all as it was not what we’d expected (we’d booked for an additional sofa bed but didn’t get it, the existing sofa was also very dirty but the housekeeper tried her best to clean it) but she was helpful for the short few hours we were there.

1) We booked for 2 beds and 1 additional sofa bed but we only gotten the 2 beds (in respective rooms; the sofa ‘bed’ had no pillows nor sheets, nor was it clean) the last sofa bed is important to us as we made a booking for 5 guests but there wasn’t rectification to be made. 2) The premises were dirty (the sofa ‘bed’ had massive bits of food and hair on it, floor was grimy) 3) Property is unresponsive after payment was pushed through - we checked out immediately (didn’t stay on premises at all) and there was no response from the property to even discuss the possibility of a refund. It feels dishonest and unreliable, and we understand the housekeeper was doing her job so we did not pursue this matter of a refund with her.

Only the view, it was amazing.

Generally not well kept or cleaned, floor was swelling at some parts from previous water or moisture damage, walls were cracked likely from the same. Towels were in very bad condition, old, stained and threadbare on the edges from wear. The apartment had this tendency of being sticky or grimy everywhere you touched.

The property was very nice, clean and close to restaurants and everyday markets.

It was excellent, the room was very comfortable and clean, great view from 29th floor on the pool and sea, loved it.

Nothing that i can think of.
