The lobby, location and pool were nice.

The pool did not have good lighting at night, the room was 29th floor but we were not allowed to turn on AC until we were in the room. It was hot, we were given one key which turns on the power to the room which means it took 20 minutes to cook down the room upon return from outings. Very uncomfortable when 95 degrees outside and inside.

View was superb.

Stinking utensils, poor quality of furniture, tiny insects in bedding. No staff at all except housekeeper
