Nice big room clean and comfortable with a nice view and great pool

We stay here all the time. Condos are mostly spacious. They are replacing the old busted sofas with new ones. Staff are just fantastic. So kind and respectful.

Beds are horrible. Like sleeping on concrete. It's the only bad thing but a major thing. Need to sort that out.

A nice appartment and good location.

They ripp you off with extra costs of electricity and water. I had to pay more than 500 baths extra just for 3 days!! And the aircon was off when I left the appartment!!

Sehr große Zimmer mit Wohnbereich, Schlafzimmer, Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit.

Wasser & Strom kommt noch Extra dazu. Bei mir waren es ca. 90 Bath pro Nacht.

keys at desk with staff, staff onsite 8am to 6pm but i am sure they would make an arrangement if arriving early or late. i ended up getting my leaving times wrong and had to leave 10pm instead of the next day that i thought, luckily i had already paid up electricity bill and no complaint from staff as i cleaned the apartment quite well before leaving

electricity price is higher than 5.5 government rate meaning 1000 to 2000thb is easy to spend if your using aircon. price needs to be lowered as 8thb per unit is a little excessive. pay for what you use at government rate if fair.

Good facility, Nice rooftop pool and clean spacious room

Either using the AC unit is very expensive in Thailand or they scammed me. Electricity For 3 days was 1400 baht.

Beds are like concrete slabs, no brooms ot brushes to clean up daily, a washing machine would be great and some Apartments have no pots or pans or utensils
