Tasteful and high quality furnishings Very clean on arrival Quiet location

Hot water didn’t work. Bedroom was very dark. There was a mouldy smell always present. Shower curtain was mouldy. Not serviced once in the 10 days. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Good location. Big and comfortable. Staff are lovely. The pool on the roof is great at night.

Nothing. The condo are a bit old and the sofa is a bit soft but still a great place.

Very nice balcony to sit in morning and evening. Great ceilling fan and air conditioning that works quickly. Located within a quiet residential gated community. This is my THIRD stay here when I am in Jomtien snd I intend to come back in January for a longer stay. Everything is very functional making the stay easy and unconcerning. The bed is very comfortable and bedroom has good storage space.

Can do a little upgrading of kitchen tray to place washed dishes on.
