Location, comfortable and good value. 120thb to pattaya city in grab or taxi. Clothing outlet about 3km away good value..

Pillows not great. Lounge old but ok. Taxis have trouble finding the place.

If you like a great balcony to sit; this is very good place. The bed is comfortable and not at all hard, but more European standard. I find it to be perfect. You can cook here. I made Chili with no problems. There is a 7-11 very close by, so you I make breakfast every morning and cook when I want to. The staff is very approachable and helpful. Swimmingpool on top is very nice and actually has deeper årets as well. Great place to sit and chill with many chairs and sun shades. Shower is spacious and practical with dual-option. Bathroom is functional and clean. This is my regular place in Jomtien and it is also close to everything. Many probably prefer closer to Beach, if you are beach-goer, but if you do not need that, this is perfect.

You have to pay with cash There is a 7-11 and ATM close by. Electricity and water are ekstra fees. To us (a couple) , it amounted to about 200 bath a day so not very much 😇.
