View was great

When it's raining, there is no cover and hence we can't make the most of the view at the balcony. Bathroom facility is a bit old but still function fine

Excelente localização. Casa e quartos espaçosos. Vista fantástica. Muito confortável

Falta de um conjunto de toalhas de banho. Máquina de lavar loiça com fuga de água. Inexistência de estacionamento gratuito na zona, sendo que o estacionamento ficou bastante dispendioso.

Es ist in perfekter Lage und sehr geräumig geschnitten. Es hat vorne und hinten 2 grosse Terassen und man sieht direkt auf den Hafen.

Die Türe zur Strasse und diese zu Wohnung lassen sich nur schwer öffnen. Wir dachten zuerst wir hätten die falschen Schlüssel. Wenn man den Dreh raus ging es dann einigermassen.

Porte entrée immeuble hyper difficile à ouvrir. Mais aussi la porte entrée de l'appartement. Baie vitrée séjour dont la poignée non vissée Frigo : traces de rouille haut de porte + partie congélateur remplie de glace Vaisselle : 1 mug ébréché, support métal tasses à café rouillé. 3 poêles avec fonds très abîmés et poignets qui ne tenaient presque plus. Lattes du sommier grand lit côté gauche qui partaient Salle de bain: : porte papier toilette rouilllé et dans la cabine de douche, partie supérieure de la douche pommeau à effet pluie rouillée..A noter que ayant signalé ce point à la conciergerie, une personne est passée changer l'ensemble colonne de douche pommeau et partie supérieure et support Papier toilette la veille de notre départ... Dommage pas d'échange direct avec le loueur, uniquement infos sur un site et par message via une conciergerie.

View, balconies, location

Communication could be better. Kitchen was short on glassware. Wine glasses were rectified.

The Apartment itself was lovely. There was enough amenities for us to have a wonderful stay. We also loved the location and being across from the marina with a lovely water view. We enjoyed having two bedrooms. There is no AC, so we relied on air movement from the sliding doors and fans. As soon as we arrived, we started taking pictures of the lovely view. The place also had some very interesting art work and had a warm feel to it. The balcony is also very long. You can enter it through doors in either the kitchen, living room or one of the bedrooms.

We had a few problems with the key to the downstairs. It could be finicky. Also, just know that when you reach the office, you have an 18 minute walk with luggage to get to the Apartment. It's mostly downhill with only one flight of stairs next to the police station, so it's doable. It's just that we're in our late 70"s and would have preferred an easier exchange of keys. Also, the beautiful white deck is in need of a good power washing. There's dirt on the floor of it and when it rains, it turns to mud. We didn't use it much and that was the main reason we rented that unit. The dirt on the floor and the ledge made it feel unwelcoming. Also when it turned into mud, we had problems getting it off our shoes so we could re enter the apartment. You could never go out there barefoot. Along the ledge actually looked like mold. We were never sure if it was dirt or mold (ledge only).
