Ocean house

The apartment is lovely and cozy and the kitchen is well equipped. The check-in went smoothly. The Wi-Fi speed is the fastest we had in the Azores, although this applies mostly downstairs, see screenshot.

There was one aspect that disturbed us considerably: the level of cleanliness which unfortunately was inadequate. Before taking a shower, I had to clean the entire bathroom myself.

Thank you Sergio for the warm welcoming! Spacious apartment with nice view on the sea, at walking distance to the seashore, beaches and to some restaurants. It was always easy to find a free parking slot available nearby the apartment. The entrance door is at the 1st floor (with no lift, but it was OK for us).

The surrounding was more "noisy" than expected, especially due to the traffic just in front of the building. But other than that, the apartment corresponds to its description.

Location is convenient and ocean view

Beautiful flat with waterside views, outside the hustle of Ponta Delgada!

The street facing bedroom needs soundproof glass to reduce road noise.

Location was good. Just a short walk to town. A couple good restaurants close by for convenience. Nice views to Ocean. Water pressure in showers very good.

The apartment was a few steps from the Ponta Delgado exercise path and about a 20 minute walk to the marina and the old town. Plenty of parking spaces for a rental car.
