Penthouse City Center apartment

The hosts were very friendly, hospitable and welcomed us warmly. Appartment is clean, well equipped + a good energy in the place - we slept as children ;) The appartment itself is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, but very close to the main points in Ponta Delgada. An easy solution with parking in the same building. A strategic location - close to everything and perfect for travelling by a car.

Too short vacations :)

The apartment is strategically located next to all amenities in town. It's near the old centre, the port, the botanical gardens, the shopping mall (the only one on the island). The building itself is modern and uninteristing, but the view from one of the two balconies and from the terrace on the roof is amazing. The apartment is well equipped with all necessary appliances. Very friendly and helpful owner and staff. Very good value for money!

The location was excellent - a short walk to the centre of town and minutes to get out of the city by car. Easy parking, comfortable apartment that had everything we needed. Maria was an excellent host!

Neigbour's barking dog was a bit annoying but that was out of our host's control.

Complete setup to spend your holliday here, friendly host, central in Ponta.

The property was in a very nice location, close to all major places in Ponta Delgada. It was very safe and in good condition.

There was nothing I disliked about the property.

The location was splendid.

The balcony door made a lot of noise when it was windy.
