The property was in a very nice location, close to all major places in Ponta Delgada. It was very safe and in good condition.

Joao was such an excellent host - everything went very smoothly and he was very helpful with suggestions. Location was awesome - easy walk into the old town and easy access for driving around the island. Apartment was spotless

Some of the furniture was a little worn and towels were a little rough - if those things are important to you
