Ap´s do Forte

Everything was perfect, apartment had everything needed, convenient location, hosts were very kind. We felt like at home.

The aparment was very spacious, very well equiped with all you need for even longer stay. It is super clean as well. Even though it is very close to city center,it is quite...easy parking nearby on the street ( free or paid).. Catarina and Francesco are great hosts , providing lot of useful tips and taking care about everything.

The only small downside was lower pressure of water in the shower.

Catarina and Francisco were absolutely wonderful hosts. They were waiting for me at the property with the keys when I arrived. They explained everything about the property in person straight away. They were always on hand to assist with questions and offer advice (such as booking a taxi) and were very kind. I was there for a conference and had a wonderful experience at the property. That contrasted to the experience of some other conference attendees staying in apartments with different hosts! The property was spotless and had everything you need - microwave, washing machine, hairdryer, good wifi, TV, kettle, toaster, fridge. It was a short walk to town from the property.

Everything about the property was great! The only complaint had nothing to do with the apartment and was certainly not the fault of the hosts. There was heavy rain one night which caused raw sewage to run down the street, presumably to the ocean. That's for the authorities to fix.

Catarina and Francisco were delightful hosts! They met us to hand over the keys, provided us with a full pack of information plus some top sight-seeing / restaurant / bar tips. They provided us with a fresh set of towels halfway through our stay, plus a basket of treats as well, which were very warmly received. They also responded to texts across the duration of our holiday promptly and with great detail, which was very much appreciated. Thank you both!

Beautiful, clean apartment and equipped with everything you could need during your stay. Perfectly located in Ponta Delgada, pretty much everything in the centre is walkable. Also perfectly situated for exploring the island. We were blown away by the hospitality of Catarina & Francisco, they are so kind and helpful and have incredible attention to detail. They went out of their way to make our stay extra special. They gave us wonderful tips and ideas and checked in on us during our stay to make sure everything was going as planned. Thanks so much for an unforgettable stay, should we ever return to Ponta Delgada we wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else!

Super clean and cozy appartment right in the centre of Ponta Delgada.

The hosts are super kind, the apartment is perfect, you feel like at home. It has all the necessary things, with every little detail. The beds are very comfortable. You can park on the same street for a bit money (we spent 1eu per day).

The noises of the aeroplanes because of its proximity to the airport and from the cars passing through the street. Despite of this, we loved the apartment and we recommend it.

Todo. It had all type of details to make our time there super comfortable like being at home. Super clean, comfortable beds, great kitchen and better anfitriones! Thanks a lot
