Ubytováni, spolupráce s majiteli, čistota a lokalita perfektní. Výhled na moře přímo z apartmánu, pláž pár metrů. Velká spokojenost, určitě doporučujeme a rádi se vrátíme.

The apartament has an incredible view, and the very important information is that it is just by the piscinas naturales, you can just grab the towel and go downstairs to have a great swim in the Atlantic Ocean- we really appreciated this. There is also good local restaurant Cais 20 (very local) and more international Forte Terrace. Close to the supermarket, close to the sand beaches in Sao Roque, just in the middle of the island to explore east and west without the need do move to another place.

Ubicación increíble, justo al borde del océano con piscina natural. Las vistas y el sonido del mar lo mejor de la estancia. Todo muy limpio y nuevo y bien equipado. Sin problemas de aparcamientos y un minimercado cerca.

El termo de agua caliente no da para la ducha de cuatro personas.

The view from the terrace is very nice The location is suitable for jogging along the coastline as well as the city center located on a good walking distance 3-3.5 km For a short swim there is a small beach within 30 meters

There was a stuffy smell especially in the bedroom where is no fresh air at all The bedroom’s window practically cannot be opened since it faces to a quite busy road’s pavement within 1 meter distance. The worst thing is that there is an ongoing renovation in the attached neighboring house which meant that during the working days there was constant drilling and hammering between 8 o’clock until late afternoon. It means that for one quarter of our 1 week stay the apartment cannot be really used in good order. It hasn’t been flagged at all in advance by the owner and when we asked some discount due to this situation we have been refused twice. Although I have made more than 100 reservations through booking.com for the last 20 years I have never been experienced by this kind of negligence.

No any view and noisy from the street side, but ear plugs sorted out problem.
