The view and it was very clean

Location and view excellent. Apartment just as described and shown online.

Bed VERY firm.

The location by the ocean was great. We loved watching the sunrise and the waves every morning.

The view off the balcony was phenomenal. It was super clean.

The one thing that we don’t like was the bedroom of the Wave Apartment. The ceiling was sloped. I am 6’5” and it made it extremely difficult to use the room. I probably wouldn’t stay at this property again because of the ceiling as I bumped my head multiple times. I would however absolutely look at other properties managed by the same company.

Location is good. Communication is good. Comfortable apartment and nice ocean view from the balcony. Kitchen is very well equipped.

Quite strong damp smell. Too strong humidity. Also there is used some diffusers with strong smell what we didn't like. Inside apartment you can easy hear the neighbours from above.

Great view from the terrace. There is a very good fish restaurant nearby ,,CAIS 20,,. Clean and tidy apartment. I recommend to everyone who wants to come to the Azores. We were happy here.

Everything was great.

What a place! :) We stayed in the Rock unit (ground floor). Spacious, super clean, good wifi, well equipped (except maybe an extra set of beach towels for a week stay would have been nice), good aircon,…. And the view! Public “Natural pool” right in front of the unit, perfect for jumping in the ocean (except for when some idiots that use the spot to fish and can leave a mess… but it is a public space, so…). Easy and friendly communication with Carolina. Very good location, easy access by car to everywhere on the island, couple of nice restaurants nearby (walking distance),…. Only item, as mentionned by others, was the bed. A double was a little small for us. We’d love to come back!! Strongly recommended!!

Pretty apartment.

We were given the below apartment so the terrace sea view can only been seen if standing up. Too many security problems, you need to close shutters and keep furniture Inside due to perhaps can be easily stolen. Room is at the main road so tends to be a bit noisy. Very expensive and not good value for money at all.
