Aljube Residences I - Apt novo, com terraço, centro PDL

We loved the apartment! It’s bright, has a lovely terrace, and is equipped with everything you need. The location is fantastic, right in the city center next to great restaurants, and parking nearby was surprisingly easy to find.

Overall an amazing stay, but I wish the bathroom had been a bit cleaner. Also, the water in the shower was barely warm.

L'emplacement, la communication avec le propriétaire, l'espace et la luminosité. Bonne litterie, cuisine complète.

Salle de bain très belle et moderne, mais très humide (malgré la présence d'un déshumidificateur) : nous avons eu la visite de quelques cafards...

Very clean, spacious and modern apartment. Loved that it was minimalistic. A well stocked kitchen with modern appliances. Quiet yet close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay. Pedro was quick to respond to our questions.

The only thing that could improve is the ventilation as there’s a musty smell in the apartment and even in closets, and it could be because of the Azores’ climate with high humidity.

The apartment is centrally located, perfectly appointed and furnished, quiet (but right off a main road for easy navigation) and beautiful! The bed is very comfortable and there is everything you need from information about the city to a kitchen to laundry and large closet and bathroom. Pedro was so helpful and communicative throughout our stay. We loved our short time there and would absolutely return.
