Casa delle Palme

The facilities were great, everything comfortable and exactly how they are in the pictures. Kadiani answered all of our messages and doubts. The location was great.

Locatie is top. Je loopt zo naar het centrum, strand voor de deur. Inrichting van de keuken is compleet. Superschoon appartement en heel gemakkelijk contact met de eigenaar als we vragen hadden. Kortom: absolute aarader!

Parkeren in de buurt is wel een uitdaging. Meeste plekken zijn betaald, daar hebben we de auto dus toch vaak neergezet. Was ook wel lekker in de buurt, dus het was het ons zeker waard. Tip: langer dan een week met een huurauto? Koop een maandkaart voor 45 euro voor Marina parking.

Superb location, modern and spacious! Our host Kadiani arranged for us to check-in early and was very prompt to answer all of our questions. While we're exploring Rethymno, our car stayed conveniently parked across the street in the marina parking lot (not free, but very affordable.) The description and photos of the place are very accurate, nothing to add. It was truly amazing to see the rising sun coloring the sky over the harbor every morning! Walk West and you're in the old town, Fortezza or the historic harbor packed with amazing restaurants and shops. Go East, and you have miles of beautiful beaches, waterfront shops and restaurants. Many grocery shops nearby. The place made an excellent base for daytrips to explore the city of Chania, lake Kournas, vising western beaches of Plakia, Kalypso and Preveli, running over to Heraklion to explore Knossos. Even a longer trip to Elafonissi beach was no problem, with enough time to stop in Elos and many lookout points along the way.

Nothing major - the Wi-Fi signal didn't reach the back (master) bedroom. No microwave oven, but warming up coffee was not a priority;)

The apartment was in a fantastic position, with a great view of the marina on the main strip. The facilities were first class, with loads of space. 3 great sized bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a huge kitchen/diner/lounge and 2 balconies! The kitchen was well stocked with crockery and utensils and the place was spotless. It even had a washing machine! Our host, Kadiaini was easy to communicate with, and very helpful.

There is nothing negative I can say about the apartment

Todo limpio, bien equipado y super bien situado

Appartement très propre et confortable! La literie très bien ! Et l’hôte très gentil ! L’emplacement est idéal car proche du port pour se garer gratuitement au port, et entre la plage et le centre du vieux Rethymno là où tout se passe! Je recommande et y reviendrait !

Peut être une machine à capsule café et un micro onde serait nécessaire pour les petits déjeuners

Love the property, well situated. The only downside is that the internet and TV does not work in the room on the far end.
