Everything was wonderful, the owner is amazing, it’s very clean and tidy, and the apartment has all the necessary amenities, from a toaster to a kettle and everything else you might need. The apartments are cleaned regularly, and the terraces overlook the sea, which is beautiful as well. The location is also perfect, the beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and I have never stayed in better accommodation.

There is absolutely nothing I didn’t like.

"Great place and location"

Mr. Kosta was great he helped us get settled in and gave us wonderful suggestions of where to go eat and shop! The place was immaculate with all the amenities, and so close to the beach you could throw a stone to reach it! The beds were very comfortable. There was parking there on site. It would have great to have a microwave to heat up leftovers

Domaćin Konstantinos je ljubazan i uslužan, preporučio nam je par taverni/restorana sa ukusnom grčkom hranom. Objekat se nalazi na 50 metara od plaže, lokalni market je blizu kao i brojni restorani i kafići. Moguća rezervacija parking mesta. Odnos cene i kvaliteta vrhunka, ocena 10.

"Definitely the worst option for this price"

Good beach in front

There was a huge issue with electricity and water supply at this place and we didn’t have hot water during our stay. The host did his best at the third day but the fuse was going down constantly. Also the water flow was very low. I was hardly able to wash my body and couldn’t even imagine to wash my hair. The apartment is very bad maintained. The furniture was in poor condition and the electric sockets were going out when you try to plug out. If you pay for a sea view you have to know that it’s an unpleasant city view and you hardly can see the sea as a side view.

Constantinos was a great host. Beyond helping with everything was needed for our accommodation, he provided a lot of details about Crete. Don't hesitate to ask him about best places to eat while your're visiting the island from Rethymnon, every place he recommended was excellent. Next time we'll visit Rethymnon, we'll choose Sunny Beach again.
