Extrem freundlicher Gastgeber Konstantinos! Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit Meerblick. Es war ein Sandwichmaker da, den wir fürs Frühstück genutzt haben, sowie Wasserkocher für Kaffee oder Tee. Klimaanlage funktionierte perfekt. Supermarkt gleich nebenan. Schöner Strand direkt gegenüber. Parkplatz direkt am Haus unter den Balkonen. Guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel in alle Richtungen zu erkunden, Myli-Schlucht, Strände, die Altstadt von Rethymno. Abends ist in der Stadt sehr viel los, man wohnt dennoch ruhig.

"Great value and well appointed accommodation."

Great value for money. Clean and spacious apartment. It near to the supermarket, beach and restaurants. Limited parking is available nearby but I was always able to find somewhere.

Be aware you need to use stairs to access the apartment.

Location, close to the beach. Clean room. Late check-in available

No hot water in the shower until the last day of my trip (a problem with the heating system). First night of my trip the hotel was overbooked and I was supposed to be transferred to sleep in another hotel, but I wasn't announced in advance about this.

"A fost impecabil ."

Gazda a fost foarte amabila, ne-a dat multe informatii despre zona , restaurante , magazine , baruri pe plaja …. Locatia este excelenta , putin retrasa de la faleza -cativa metri -astfel incat era mai linistita . Fotografiile din prezentare respecta realitatea .

"Un appartement simple proche de la plage à Rethymnon"

La situation extra à 50m de la plage... C'est le gros point fort! Le propriétaire Constantinos omniprésent ,sympa autant que roublard Mais très agréable Tout a fait réactif et à l'écoute

L'appartement est sympa sans plus, pour le charme faut oublier L'eau chaude est très compliquée (il faut accéder au tableau électrique pour l'activer ce que l'on n'a pa su faire, heureusement on était en canicule) Salle de bain moyen Le rapport QP n'est pas évident, mais tout est cher à Réthymnon

Die Lage war sehr gut. Direkt an der Straße zum Strand. Busverbindung zur Stadt 10’. Viele gute Restaurants vor der Nase. Der Wirt war sehr nett und behilfsreich. Nur positives zu sagen.
