"Fantastic location, everything you need"

Amazing location, great views overlooking San Gimignano. 5 mins drive to free parking and then short walk into centre. Spacious accomodation, good facilities.

Bed was a bit too firm for our liking. Very surprised at how much we could hear of the neighbours in the accomodation next door - felt like they were in our lounge with us. Works were being done in the garden for half of our stay.

Todo hermoso! Nos dejaron ingresar antes y las vistas son espectaculares!! Casa amplia y cómoda! Super tranquilo...muy recomendable!!

La ducha tenía como intermitencia en la presión del agua, pero igualmente te podias bañar sin problemas.

"Grand potentiel mais prestations moyennes"

Calme malgré des murs très fins entre les appartements. Bon emplacement bien que ce ne soit pas la plus belle vue sur San Gimignano. Bon chauffage mais eau chaude capricieuse.

Propreté tout juste acceptable. Certains équipements très usagés. Salle de bains minuscule. Salon dans un autre bâtiment en face. En hiver, ce n’est pas très confortable de traverser. Aucun contact avec le propriétaire.
