Bon rapport qualité prix. Un balcon de grande dimension, bien orienté et surtout avec une vue grandiose sur la plaine du Rhin.

Les équipements type table de nuit et lampe de chevet pourraient être présents.

Solo la ubicación y comunicación vía wats rápida con el duelo/dueña.

Falta limpieza, falta renovar mobiliario ( colchones muy desgastados, cojines también iguales). , falta más menaje para la cocina…. Un poco sucio y muy desgastado todo. Además hay que subir primero unas escaleras, y después 3 pisos andando… y el coche no hay sitio para aparcarlo cerca, te dan ubicación y está en la carretera . No nos gustó, íbamos con niños y todo muy incómodo. Deben de pensar hacer alguna limpieza a fondo y renovar cosas. Todo muy básico. No recomiendo.

"Gut brauchbares Quartier in sehr schöner Lage"

Sehr schöne Lage, etwas Straßenlärm. Gute Ausstattung aus den Siebzigern mit nützlichen Nachbesserungen

Umfeld sanierungsbedürftig, Vermittlung des Quartiers trotz freundlicher Bemühungen nicht ganz einfach. Durch Südlage und verschlossene Fenster dauerte bis in den späteren Abend, bis Quartier wieder ausreichend ausgekühlt war
