Beautiful position in Skiathos in Plakes Dimitris is very attentive, respectful and helpful.

Absolute gem of an apartment to stay in. Loved the 30 seconds walk down to the clear waters of the little beach for a swim everyday (beach shoes needed!) Only 5 minutes from the water taxis, skiathos town and 10 minutes from megali ammos. The little terrace was lovely to sit and eat your breakfast and just read peacefully all day. The grasses around the patio provide the perfect privacy - with very minimal foot traffic of people going to the view point or restaurants. There are some cute cats around but they leave you alone even if you are eating. Dimitris is a very kind host and has thoughtfully equipped the apartment with some extra food items and toiletries. Water, bread and fresh fruit was much appreciated! There is also some pasta, yoghurt, breadsticks, noodles and a coffee machine. He leaves you with privacy despite living bext door but is always available if you need any help or recommendations. Apartment was spotless and washing machine with pods provided was great for the week. Aircon very efficient and wifi fast. Shower had great water pressure and in a great size wet room a few steps down in it's own little alcove in the bathroom. There is a large wardrobe and plenty of space around the studio. Kitchen was basic but perfect for couples - Frying pan and saucepan allows you to cook a good range of meals at home if you want to. We bought some frozen precooked meatballs and hamburgers but you could easily cook some fresh meat for a heartier meal. Very comfortable bed and pillows and clean linen is available for you to swap part way through your stay if needed. Definitely not appropriate for anyone with accessibility issues as there are steep steps up to Plakes and steps down to the shower - but you wouldn't stay in this area anyway. I recommend bringing hiking rucksacks instead of suitcases, much easier to walk with to the property.

May just need some tea towels, washing sponges and an ironing board but we did not need these and I am sure Dimitris would provide if asked!

Cute little cottage by the sea with a beautiful garden. Everything was spotlessly clean, plenty of towels bedding . Washing machine was a great asset. All essentials provided ( toilet paper, washing pods water, snacks were much appreciated The view is priceless

This isn’t about the property but getting your luggage up 37 steep steps into the old town was a challenge ( bear in mind when packing)

Location was great, beds comfy and everything lovely and clean.

We weren’t expecting much but cooking facilities were limited.

The location is perfect, close to the town center/port, and it is very close to the only town beach (quite small but clean). The owner is very friendly and helpful. Among others, he provides some food and drinks in the apartment. There is a good washing machine and washing tablets. There is a sitting area in a small yard in front of the apartment.

Be aware that there are 37 high steps from the port on the way to the apartment. The bed is quite narrow, and the kitchenette is really straitened. One of the windows leads to the street and the apartment is on the ground floor. Nevertheless, the street is not very crowded. There is no shade for outside sitting place in the afternoon.

Great location , overlooking Plakes beach. 2-3min walk to the harbour in one direction and 5min walk to the town beach in other direction . Well equipped apartment, quiet on night but very close to town. Would recommend to friends. Dimitris the owner is very friendly and easy to contact.

Clean, comfortable well equipped property close to excellent small swimming beach in great quiet location that is walking distance to town and other beaches. Very friendly host who left good welcome food and drink.

Dimitris was an outstanding host, made us very welcome and any issues/questions we had he helped/sorted straight away…not that we had many…first time we have been to Skiathos and we are sure to return as it was stunning.

The location is a little difficult to get to, lots of steps etc…however we soon got used to this and were aware it’s an old town built on a hill…so to be expected, but it could be a challenge for some, but not us.

Loved the sea view from the cozy terrace! Great spot for quiet evenings. Owner was friendly and apartment had everything we needed, including extra towels and coffee capsules, even bananas and chocolates!
