Location

Problems with Central heating and boiler. Had to switch mains water off as bath tap wouldn't stop running. Was like this for the majority of my stay. Unable to shower due to water pressure. Took a very long time for the owner to come out.

"My stay was out of necessity & safer than a hotel."

It was close to parks & beach to walk my dog

Needed a good clean. Bed was uncomfortable as was the sofa. Several light bulbs were out & needed batteries in smoke alarm & clock. Generally the flat was just run down & needed some TLC along with a deep clean & decorate. Pans were broken, rusted & in need replacing.
