Comfortable beds Very good WiFi Great kitchen has oven, hob, microwave, clothes washer dryer, full size fridge freezer, etc. Close to beach, all entertainment and curry mile. Definitely staying again.

Nothing to moan about.

Lovely space for our family holiday we have two boys (4+5) and they loved the space. Parking wasn't an issue and you are so close to everything don't have to use the car if you didn't want to

this is the SECOND YEAR in a row we have decided to stay at this property because it’s PERFECT plenty of space for all 5 of us 2adults 3 children aged 3,10,13 and my children have autism and complex needs the property IS NICE AND CLEAN the property HAS PLENTY OF SLEEPING SPACE the property HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED microwave, cooker, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, washer dryer, pots and pans, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, plenty of clean towels, iron, Netflix and WiFi etc. THIS PROPERTY IS HOME FROM HOME AS IT HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED we stayed for 6 nights was fantastic knowing I could do clothes washing so that when I got home I had no clothes to wash after our long stay. This property IS in the best location at the end of the street you have your main town centre with all the shops you need £1 shop for those beach toys rather than paying through your teeth at the stalls on the beach lol. The street is quiet on a day time and a night time NO LOUD OR NOISY NEIGHBOURS OR DRUNKS. The park plus boating lake plus pleasure park plus beach are all a 2 min walk from the property which is perfect THERE IS LOTS TO DO RIGHT ON YOUR DOOR bowling, soft play, funfair, train ride, pedal boats, crab catching, fun on the beach and sea, arcades, leisure centre, walk along the pier, walk up the hill to see the guns, and there are plenty of takeaways and restaurants too. THIS PROPERTY IS PERFECT FOR OUR STAYS WITH OUR CHILDREN WE LOVE STAYING HERE AND WE WILL BE BACK TO STAY EVERY YEAR 10 out of 10 from us xx the Hubbard family love our holidays here in this property
