Lack of quality bathroom accessories

The location was great. Close to the downtown area, which is what we went there for. It was in a quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking. The hosts checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable. They provided all the info we needed to get WiFi, get into the condo. I met the next door neighbor, Joey. Very friendly! We would definitely stay again.

We liked the location, having a kitchen, staying in a roomy place and free parking.

There were no toiletries provided. Also, we had a 3 night stay but only two days of coffee were provided. We called the management number to request toiletries and coffee and a man told us in a stern and unfriendly tone that "it's not a hotel room." So we began our stay with no shampoo or bath soap. Someone came the next day with a box of toiletries and offered the extra day of coffee. That was nice, but it felt a little late to make amends. We found the furniture in the living room uncomfortable. The couch is deep and hard and the dining chairs wooden---there are two side chairs that would be comfortable for people with long legs. The main light in the center of the unit burned out but we didn't feel welcome to call the management number again.

Proximity to downtown

Everything was very well kept and clean. It was very cozy. Great location. The beds were very comfortable.

We did have some hear some light traffic and people upstairs. The bathroom didn’t have much space to put things on but not a big deal.

Could not have been better!!! Was everything it claimed to be!!! Great communication with owner/management! Super clean! Super nice decor! Beautiful and convenient location!
