St Augustine Condo in Historic Downtown, 2bd

No car required. We really loved walking a short distance to the historic downtown for day and nighttime activities. Very spacious but yet welcoming Condo environment. We also had everything we needed in the Condo; however, if you so choose, perhaps an iron and ironing board would be a nice add. Overall, it was an outstanding visit.

Everything was very clean and confortable. The size of the room was perfect for my family. The kitchen was in excellent condition. I mean everything was EXCELLENT. The house is very close of every place to visit.

I stayed here with my wife and young daughter on one leg of our trip through various parts of Florida. The property was in a safe, very walkable part of town. We walk all of the historic district while we were there. My daughter enjoyed the horse and carriages that would pass by the window as they toured around town. The condo is spacious and well laid out for our usual routine. It had a nice dining area, living room and a kitchen with a lot of counter space for cooking. The bathroom was sufficient and the mattresses in each room were well covered and looked as if they were brand new underneath. The linens, the same. This property is perfect for a small family or couple. The pictures the property owner has are current and accurate to the property.

We had no real complaints. A suggestion would be to maybe leave a cleaning spay or wipes for the kitchen countertops for convenience.

The property was clean and had every convenience. cute and cozy and would stay there again.

Took awhile to cool it down. Fans helped. Parking is a bit hard if you have more then one car but not to inconvenient.
