This property is a self-check-in, and you will be required to verify your identity before checking in. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

La cama era desastrosa! Había leído algún comentario de que hacia un ruido espantoso con el más mínimo movimiento pero pensé que sería exagerado.... Pues se quedaron cortos,.. la segunda noche decidimos poner el colchón en el suelo porque además del ruido hacía cueva. Pienso que deberían mirar eso seriamente, pues es una pena que el no poder descansar empaña todo lo bueno que tiene el apartamento.

Se agradece mucho que dejaran detergente y suavizante para la lavadora; también básicos como cafe, aceite, etc... Y galletas como regalo. Un apartamento muy limpio, cuidado y funcional.

La gestión por parte de la plataforma GuestReady es bastante deficiente para hacer el check in.

Todo. El apartamento está súper bien, las vistas son espectaculares y está súper bien equipado. Repetiría sin duda alguna. Lo recomiendo 100%

Por decir algo, el somier de la cama hace bastante ruido, no obstante, la cama es muy cómoda.

Excelente ubicación. Las vistas al mar desde el balcón, impresionantes. Muy limpio. Con lo necesario en la cocina. Cafetera muy pequeñita. Muy amables y atentas las personas a cargo que viven debajo.

Hay algo que enturbió la llegada y no tiene que ver con las personas que lo cuidan allí sino con la empresa que gestiona el alojamiento, Guestready. Tras realizar el pago completo en booking dias antes de llegar, este pago no se comunicó correctamente a Guestready y les figuraba como pendiente de pago, por lo que no podían facilitarme la clave de acceso al cajetín de las llaves. Tuve que estar insistiendo varias veces durante los dias antes, tanto a booking como a Guestready, llegando a menos de 24 horas de entrar y sin tener aún la info de acceso. Guestready tiene un chat online que no contesta al momento, y un número de teléfono al que NO CONTESTAN NUNCA. Al final, tras conseguir hablar con un agente de booking, teniendo que mostrarme molesto y enfadado, conseguí que me mandasen la clave de acceso, a pocas horas de entrar. Perdí mucho tiempo durante dias con este inconveniente, por no decir la preocupación y el agobio de ver que no tienes confirmado el alojamiento a pesar de haberlo pagado dias antes. Todo por una mala comunicación entre booking y Guestready, y por una pésima atención al cliente por parte de Guestready.
