Foivos Seaside Apartments

Posizione e il proprietario e stato gentile e accogliente. Ci ha fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino e due pacchi di cracker. Mio marito per errore le ha dato dei soldi in piu' e il proprietario se ne e' accorto e gliel'ha restituiti.

Appartamemto molto datato,letto singolo impossibile dormirci era sfondato e si sentivano le.molle. Frigorgifero e piastre cucina da sostituire assolutamente. Pulizia molto superficiale,abbiamo trovato 3 blatte e molti insetti e ragnatele in giro per la casa. Bagno da rifare

Spędziliśmy z żoną najlepsze wakacje w Grecji. Przemiły, uczynny gospodarz. Wspaniała lokalizacja - blisko wspaniałej plaży oraz kilka km od jeszcze lepszej - dzikiej plaży Paralia Issos z czystą, ciepłą wodą. Apartament jest w centrum, a mimo to jest bardzo cichy, blisko do super knajp. Dostaliśmy parasol na plaże, butelkę wina na powitanie, parking pod domem. Super i bardzo dziękujemy za gościnę!

Widać, że Giannis wkłada dużo serca w biznes i stara się remontować apartamenty na bieżąco. Zawsze można coś poprawić, dołożyć wyposażenie do kuchni czy wyremontować łazienki. Generalnie nie mam uwag, wszystko mi się podobało.

Lovely seafront location & just a short stroll to the many restaurants, bars & pools.

Sea views were especially good & just a few steps to the beautiful beaches all along the coast.

Низька швидкість інтернету wi-fi, мобільний інтернет, теж слабкий...

It was accomodation next to the beach. Location was perfect, sea view from the window, quite place, but all furniture was pretty old and old kitchen poorely equipped. Our host was really nice person ready to help with everything, around the building was neglected area. Which was pitty. It looked like really nice place few years ago

It wasn't fault of our host, but after one day, electricity cables were cut somewhere in the street and our host kindly offered us another accomodation opposite the street, bigger appartment but totally not ready for the hosting, terribly moisty all the time we were there, not able to get fresh air to the bedrooms, dirty kitchen, again poorely equipped, on the other hand it had nice garden. But there was construction works on the street

The proximity to the beach, neighbouring restaurant and beach bar. All two minutes away. The view across to the sea. The large deck and loungers. Quiet time of year and we had a car to travel around the island. Got new towels on request. By the end of the week, we got used to the apartment's quirks. It was just reopening for the summer holidays so the whole beach front was quiet.

Some sad amenities. They had to reset heat pump a couple of times. There was no door on the shower so water went everywhere. They stated it had happened just before we arrived. The floor heater only had two of it's four legs so that was awkward. Everything felt a little old and dirty in the kitchen but we didn't eat in much.

Super bien situé près de restaurants (30m) et d'une superbe plage (100m). Grande terrasse avec mobilier confortable. Notre hôte, Giannis, aimable et serviable.
