The Holiday Studio

Very clean, very spacious studio and very well equipped. I was happy to have a washing machine (and a drying rack for the laundry). Nice balcony with a breakfast table. Good size of the shower cabin. Good wi-fi signal. The host was very warm and helpful. The bed was comfy however the mattress was really soft. I personally don't like stiff matresses but someone may consider this one too soft. For me it was fine but just needs to be mentioned for the accuracy.

Sound proofing was not very strong.

Very nice and convenient apartment, close to the centre and the beach! Nice little kitchen, has everything you need to prepare meals except for an oven and a microwave which is not a bad thing. The washing mashing was really helpful in our stay as well! The owner was really helpful with everything, I totally recommend the holiday studio for your stay in Agios Nikolaos.

1. The room is very clean. 2. The host is super friendly and nice and responds to any question/request you might have in a short time. 3. The apartment is located near the port and the beach.

1. The terrace door cannot be closed well and, because of that, it s cold and you can hear every noise from outside. 2. The toilet has a weak flush.

The location of the apartment, the cleanliness, the comfort, the kind attitude of the host.

The noise made primarily by the neighbors who live above and the others who rent the apartments next door. Basically you can't sleep without earplugs.

Great location near the sea front and the Marina where we had family on a sail boat. a short walk to the old town and lake. The bathroom was the best we found on our stay in Greece. The apartment is quite small but has everything. The host was very kind as we had arrived in Agios Nikolaos a day earlier and the property was fully booked so we had to stay elsewhere but Stefanos arranged for us to leave our bags in the morning so we didn't lose the day.

The bed on one side was very close to the wall making it difficult to get out of bed. Not the hosts fault, but someone was working with an electric saw on metal down below on Sunday morning!
