very clean, everything you need for your holiday, convenient for the beach,shops,

nothing, but would have liked a toaster to do toast to put my fried eggs on

very clean apartment, close to the beach, and being in the town everything you need is close by. the apartment has everything you need including a washing machine, only thing I would like is a toaster, have stayed there twice, and have booked for next year, the host is very helpful if you need anything

Great accommodation, very attentive hosts and amazing location with good access to the beach and city centre.

The property is well located, 5 mins walk to Ammos beach. It is also walking distance (5-10 min) to other very good beaches, good restaurants, the touristy pedestrian strips and the lake. We found this apartment smaller than the other 3 on the same floor level. So do ask for the larger ones if your stay is more than a couple of days. There is a basic kitchenette, which we did not use as there are many dining options. Nevertheless, we had a fabulous stay.

The washing machine was very dated and different from the other apartments which had new models. However, the owner was quick to respond with instructions when we asked. The larger apartments also have a bigger bathroom

I really like the apartment, it was very cozy. The facilities were clear, the apartment was near the centre and the people were very friendly and helpful. It is a place that I definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Holiday Studio. Perfect location close to the old town and beaches, in a nice quiet neighbourhood. We had everything we needed in the room so it was very convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable and large. The host allowed us to check in two hours early, which we very much appreciated. We highly recommend this accommodation, good value for money.

The studio was in an excellent location in Agios Nikolaos town. It had everything we needed for a 3-4 night stay. The host was welcoming, kind and responsive. Overall, a great VfM stay!

Shower Curtains may be added to the shower, maybe a window fly-net as well, and cleaning service could be more frequent, but nothing really major; would stay there again.
